Biografía


Dr. Cantero is a Professor of Chemical Engineering and he is Head of Biological and Enzymatic Reactors group. He obtained a BS in Chemical Science at the University of Cádiz and PhD degrees in the Chemical Science at the University of Sevilla. His current research are focused on the application of systems for air pollution control and biodegradation of total reduced sulfur and ammonia contaminants from air and biogas, Bioremediation of soils and sludge contaminated by heavy metals and hydrocarbons and biotransformations of industrial interest. He is the author of more than 98 scientific papers indexed in JCR and supervised 13 PhD theses.
